Dear Valued Customers & Partners：
As two important Chinese festivals, the Mid‑Autumn Festival and National Day are approaching. The Mid‑Autumn Festival symbolizes reunion and harvest, while National Day celebrates the prosperity of our country. On this special occasion, the whole team of Tanglitools would like to extend our sincere greetings and best wishes to every customer and partner around the world.
We are writing to inform you of our official holiday arrangement:
✅ Holiday period: October 1st — October 4th
✅ Resume normal business: October 5th
During the Oct 1‑4 holiday break, our office and production workshop will be temporarily closed. We can receive orders and reply to emails during the holiday, but shipments will be suspended. All pending inquiries, quotations and production arrangements will be fully handled once we return to work on October 5th.
If you have urgent business matters, please send us complete messages via email. We will prioritize your case when we come back. To avoid delays for your project and procurement schedule, we suggest you submit new inquiries or confirm order details before September 30.
Thank you very much for your continuous trust and long‑term cooperation with Tanglitools. We cherish every opportunity to supply reliable cutting‑tool solutions for your manufacturing business. We look forward to serving you with full efficiency after the holiday. Wish you peace, health and business prosperity!
Best regards,
Tanglitools Team
